# Registration URL

**Easily open Registration to specific attendee groups by generating unique Registration links. In this section, you can generate Registration URLs specifically tailored to different user types for your events or webinars. By default, when an attendee registers, they are added as **Delegates**. However, this can become time-consuming if you have various user types attending.

For instance, if you have a lengthy list of **Sponsors,** registering them as *Delegates* individually can be cumbersome. To overcome this, you can generate a **Registration URL** for a specific role type, such as **Sponsors**. This streamlines the registration process for everyone involved in the organization, saving you valuable time and effort.

To generate a **Registration URL,** follow these simple steps:

1. Select the **Role Type**: Choose the specific user type (e.g., Sponsors) for whom you want to generate the URL.
2. Click **"Generate URL"**: By clicking this button, a unique Registration URL will be created for the selected role type.

After following these steps, you'll have a dedicated URL for your chosen user type, simplifying the registration process significantly.

Once you've generated the **Registration URL** you need, you can use the **"Copy URL" option** to easily incorporate it into your[ **Registration emails**](https://totem-hybrid.gitbook.io/webinars-guide/communications/emails) or website.&#x20;

Additionally, the **"Status" toggle** allows you to enable or disable the URL as needed. If you wish to embed the registration form directly on your website, you can utilize the **"Copy Iframe" option** for a seamless user experience.
